The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to this agreement shall be in Rockingham County, Virginia, and each of the parties submits itself to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts of purpose of such action. We except VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards. Prices do not include freight charges or insurance. All merchandise will be shipped by standard ground, unless otherwise specified. FedEx 1&2 Day delivery, UPS Blue & Red Label available upon request. The information listed here is, of necessity, condensed. Detailed specifications or other technical assistance is provided upon request when available. Merchandise shipped is carefully packed or pre-packed by our suppliers in compliance with carrier requirements. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be noted on the freight bill or carrier's receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to do so will result in the carrier's refusal to honor the claim. Please check your order immediately for concealed damage and compare packing list to shipped items. To process claim, please reference our invoice number. All shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any problems, call our service department at (540) 896-3474. To request a return authorization (RA) PRESS HERE, if approved an RA # will be sent to you by return email. This email will detail our return policies and return procedures. You must read and follow all instruction in the email. RA expires 15 days after issuance.
No returns or refunds on off air antennas and
selected other products as listed. Defective items ("D.O.A") received within 15 days of purchase
date will be repaired or replaced, provided the following conditions are met:
Dish Network systems or receivers must be returned to Dish Network (Call for RA 1-800-333-3474). Dish Network will send an exchange unit in advance of your returning the defective unit. The charge for this service is only $15.00 covering shipping both ways. Out of warranty units will also incur repair charges. JVC systems and receivers repairs must be sent to a JVC factory service center in your area there is no DOA exchange on these receivers. All of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Most manufacturer warranties are for a minimum of one year. Please note that all manufacturer warranties, either expressed or implied, are direct from the manufacturer to the end user. Most orders are shipped same day as received. Our standard shipping method is by UPS Ground. Second Day or Next Day delivery can be arranged at a nominal cost. Continental U.S. Only. Prices do not include installation or shipping and handling. A dual output LNBF is necessary to use more than one receiver at the same time, and may need to be purchased separately. Additional receivers must be activated in conjunction with a primary receiver, and are subject to a $4.99 per month programming fee per receiver. All receivers must be connected to a phone line. ESPN and ESPN2 programming subject to change and blackout restrictions, and is licensed separately for residential and commercial use.
